目前我的狀況是

2010年 台灣的科技大學畢業-資訊管理系
在台灣的工作經驗 3個月 資訊相關產業
2011年4月 至 今 在加拿大以工作簽證的方式留在alberta省，並一直有工作的狀態 (服務生，supervisor)
沒有英文的證照，但是打算明年7月左右去考照。
請問我是否有移民的資格呢，或是有機會申請楓葉卡嗎?

Basic eligibility
For your application to be eligible for processing, you must:- have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
- be an international student enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or graduated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet certain criteria.
Note: As of
July 1, 2012, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has
temporarily stopped accepting applications for the Federal Skilled Worker
Program (FSWP). This temporary pause does not apply to
those with a qualifying job offer or applying under the PhD
stream. We will likely start accepting applications again when the
revised FSWP selection
criteria take effect. Proposed FSWP changes should come into
force in early 2013.
